What equipment do I need? +
Whatever you've got — your coach builds your plan around it. Home setup, a commercial gym membership, or something in between, we program for your reality, and we'll sort out the details on your intro call.
How is this different from custom programming? +
Custom programming is a coach-built plan you run on your own in the app — no live session. Virtual personal training is the coached version: a live one-on-one session over video where your coach leads you and watches your form in real time. The session is the coaching. See all virtual options →
How does my coach see my form? +
Live, during your session. Your coach is on video watching you train in real time and correcting form as you go — the same eyes-on coaching as in person, just through a screen.
Does this work for student athletes? +
Yes. Virtual 1:1 is a strong fit for athletes who travel for sport, are away at school, or train at a different gym in the off-season — they get a live coached session over video that adapts to their sport and season, wherever they are.
Can I switch between virtual and in-person? +
