Who this is for

Two kinds of people who can't afford to guess.

If you have a clear target and a reason to get there sooner, a private coach removes the guesswork between you and it.

Adult 1:1 client training
Adults

You have a specific goal — and a deadline of your own.

Returning from an injury, chasing a strength milestone, changing your body composition, or prepping for an event. You want accountability and a plan that bends to your week.

  • Coming back from injury and want to train without re-aggravating it
  • A strength, mobility, or body-composition goal with a date attached
  • A schedule that needs flexible, private session times
  • You'd rather have one coach who knows your history cold
Student athlete training
Athletes

You need development built for your sport and your season.

Group blocks move at the group's pace. Private coaching targets your position, your weak links, and your in-season vs. off-season calendar — with a timeline that won't wait.

  • Sport- and position-specific strength, speed, and power work
  • In-season maintenance or focused off-season development
  • A tryout, combine, or recruiting window you're training toward
  • Returning to play after injury with coached, careful progression
Why one-on-one

Coaching is the whole point. Private coaching is all of it.

You're the hero. We're the guide. Personal training is the version where the guide is looking at no one but you.

Built for one

Every session is programmed for your goals, your body, and where you are right now — not adapted from a group plan.

Form, fixed in real time

Undivided eyes on every rep means faster technique mastery and far less time spent reinforcing the wrong patterns.

The fastest line to the goal

Nothing is generalized, so nothing is wasted. The plan adjusts the moment your progress, schedule, or season does.

How it works

From "I have a goal" to a plan in four steps.

Private and partner options both start the same way — with a conversation, not a contract.

01

Book your intro

A short, no-pressure session to talk through your goal, history, and timeline.

02

Get assessed

A movement screen and starting-point assessment so the plan fits your body, not a template.

03

Train your plan

1:1 or with a partner — programmed for you and adjusted as you progress, week to week.

04

Track and progress

Measurable check-ins keep the plan honest and pointed straight at the result.

Real results

The work is private. The results aren't subtle.

After our training session, I only needed half my insulin dosage to manage my Type I Diabetes. The training basically paid for itself.

After taking prescription supplements to no avail to reverse my osteopenia, Andrew was able to reverse my bone loss and give me a path forward to healthy bone density.

Andrew helped my tennis immensely. At 72, I not only play better but I run circles around my competition!

Want the gym work to actually stick? Add health coaching.

Adults training 1:1 can layer on Primedy Health Coaching — a coach you check in with for nutrition, sleep, stress, and the everyday habits that make or break what you build in the gym.

It works alongside your personal training plan, in person or through the Primedy App, so progress doesn't stall the moment you leave the floor.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

How often should I train? +

It depends on your goal, schedule, and starting point — which is exactly what we'll map in your intro session. Most clients land on a frequency that's challenging enough to drive progress and realistic enough to actually hold.

Can I do partner training with a friend or my teen? +

Yes. Partner training keeps the personalization high while sharing a coach with one other person — popular with spouses, friends training toward the same goal, and parent-athlete pairs.

Does this work for student athletes? +

Absolutely. Where our EXCEL group blocks build broad athletic foundations, private coaching targets a specific athlete's position, weak links, and competitive calendar — ideal when there's a tryout, combine, or recruiting window in view.

Can I add nutrition and lifestyle support? +

Yes — adults can pair personal training with Primedy Health Coaching for nutrition, sleep, stress, and habit support between sessions. It layers right onto your training plan. Learn more here.

How is this different from small-group training? +

Same coaches, maximum customization. Small-group (ENDEAVOR, FORTIFY, EXCEL) gives you community and high-quality coaching at a group pace. Personal training points all of that coaching at one person and one set of goals — the fastest, most tailored option we offer.

What does personal training cost? +

Because every plan is built around your goals and schedule, pricing is set in your intro session once we've scoped the right frequency and format. You'll get a clear, straightforward recommendation — never a guess.

Strengthen your health. Reclaim your prime.
