How long does the intro call take?

About 15 minutes. It’s simply to understand your goals, schedule, equipment, and what level of support makes sense — then point you to the best next step.

Do I need gym equipment?

No. We can build around what you have. If you train at a gym, we’ll build around what you use there. If you train at home, we’ll build around what you have at home.

Does virtual include InBody scans?

Virtual coaching does not require InBody scans. If you’re local and want scans, we can discuss options on your intro call.

What if I don’t know whether I want customized or pre-designed?
