RENEW

RENEW is our yoga-inspired session designed to release muscle tension, improve flexibility, and support full-body recovery. Using a blend of soft tissue work, stretching, and mindfulness, RENEW helps your muscles relax before stretching — for safer, more effective mobility.

More than just physical recovery, RENEW also promotes stress relief, mental clarity, and a renewed sense of balance. In-person and soon-to-be virtual offerings.

FLEX

Our Flex Sessions are an unstructured smaller group 1-hour block available to all our members on Monday at 6:30PM. Our expert coaches will be on hand to help you overcome your struggle points, work on a particular skill or technique, or learn something completely new. Think of it as “Office Hours” or “Guided Open Gym.”
