RISE Kids Fitness Program (Ages 6-12)

Is your child ready to build strength, boost confidence, and develop lifelong healthy habits? The Rise Kids Fitness Program is designed to help children ages 6 to 12 unlock their full potential through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate workouts that focus on strength, agility, flexibility, and endurance.

Whether they’re into sports or just starting their fitness journey, our program is tailored to meet your child’s unique needs. Through dynamic exercises and a positive, encouraging environment, they’ll develop not only physical skills but also mental resilience and discipline.

Currently scheduled from 4:15-5:15pm Monday through Friday, same time as our adult Endeavor session so you both can work out!
