Most members train 2–4x/week and mix session types based on their body and schedule. RENEW sessions help keep training sustainable during stressful or high-volume weeks.
What’s the difference between ENDEAVOR and Personal Training?
ENDEAVOR is coach-led small-group training with a structured progression and real-time coaching. Personal Training is more individualized and ideal for highly specific goals, unique constraints, or private attention.
