Excel is Primedy Health Club’s premier training program for student athletes who want to take their performance to the next level. Designed to build strength, conditioning, endurance, and agility, Excel equips young athletes with the physical and mental tools needed to excel in their sport — and stay ahead of the competition.
Led by experienced coaches, each session emphasizes:
Full-body strength that translates to sport-specific performance
Speed, agility, and coordination to move with power and precision
Endurance training to boost stamina and recovery
Mobility and movement quality to improve range of motion and overall athletic function
Proper form and technique to ensure safe, effective progress
Injury prevention strategies that protect joints, build resilience, and reduce overuse risks
📅 Excel sessions are offered:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 3:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday at 4:15 PM
